Before you get started it’s good to get some general advice and talk to someone who will understand what you want to do. That’s why we offer a free one hour consultation to all our potential clients. It’s a time when you can share your ideas and get some feedback, we can explain the process you will need to go through. You get to meet us and see if you like us and we will give you a quote for our fees should you choose to appoint us.
RIBA stage 0
This is similar to the Planning and Building Regulations option, but we will also provide you with a selection of builders and obtain competitive tenders from your choice of three, so that you know you are employing reliable people at a fair price.
RIBA stages 0-4B
If you have some ideas about what you want to do, but haven’t finally decided which direction you want to go, we can carry out a feasibility study for you. This service explores a range of ideas and looks at the practicalities too. The aim is to give you confidence to proceed with a full project if that is appropriate. Fees are lump sum which are discounted from the project fee fully or partially depending on the size of the project.
RIBA stages 0-2
This is the traditional Architectural service which supports you right through the project. Fees for this service can be lump sum or based on a percentage of the build cost.
RIBA stages 0-7
If you are confident with builders and can organise the project yourself, we can just do the planning and building regulations drawings and applications for you. This is a competitive option, fees are lump sum payable in two parts on a sliding scale based on the estimated build cost.
RIBA stages 0-4A
We can also offer advice on sustainability issues.
We work on a regular basis with a range of other consultants so can advise on engineers, SAP providers, planning consultants.
We use the latest 3D software and can prepare high quality CAD images for your project.
